Connect by SFTP
Upload and manage the files of your website with any SFTP program. You need micro hosting for this.
Your connection details

Not sure of your password? Open your micro hosting in the customer area → SFTP → Generate new SFTP password.
FileZilla (Windows / macOS / Linux)
- Open FileZilla → File → Site Manager → New site.
- Set Protocol: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol.
- Host
ftp.yourname.coom.im, Port22, Logon type: Normal. - Username = your full name (
yourname.coom.im), Password = your SFTP password. - Click Connect. The first time, accept the server's host key.
- You land straight in your web folder — drag files in and your site is live immediately.
Cyberduck / WinSCP / others
- Cyberduck (macOS/Windows): New Bookmark → protocol SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol), server
ftp.yourname.coom.im, port22. - WinSCP (Windows): New session → File protocol SFTP, host
ftp.yourname.coom.im, port22. - Any other client: use the same details as above.
TipYou can also upload without any program: use the Files section in your customer area — upload, create folders and delete, right in the browser.
Good to know
- Your SFTP space is your website — everything lands in your site's root, live immediately.
- SFTP is encrypted end-to-end (it runs over SSH), much safer than plain FTP.
- Old FTP-over-TLS is switched off; use SFTP with the details above.
- Login refused? Regenerate your SFTP password in the customer area and try again.
